Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion departments are Marxist poison and should be eliminated from every institution in America...
100%
Okay, this is obvious to the rational, thinking person, a no-brainer, but also obvious is that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Big Diversity/Big Racism) is detached from logic and preys on DE-lusion. Spreading hate, pitting victim against victim, and replacing talent and merit with racial quotas, it literally counters “E pluribus unum,” the American motto: From many, one.
DEI has no reason to exist—it shouldn’t. And yet it not only exists, it has emerged as a plague, pervasive and growing, with few barriers to its spread. Creating a “problem” ex nihilo - out of nothing - it justifies its own existence, embracing “answers,” while making WORSE racial problems… Yes, problems, under it, the ones it orchestrates, become real.
And that’s the point. Promoting the idea that men and women should “identify” by race (or the twin head of the monster: sexuality) leads to retrograde segregation, victimhood, and disunity.
And from it, of course, rises The Grifter Hustle—rakes who deploy its concept (“What, you’re against INCLUSION?”) to shakedown shareholders, plunder taxpayers, and “diversify” their wallets.
Don’t believe me?
Well, here, in one example (multiplied daily in boardrooms and lecture halls) is DEI-grifter, Ibram X. Kendi, banking, for ONE speech, $45,000.
Hmm, if you really cared about racial harmony, would you charge institutions - in this case, a PUBLIC one - $45K per/hour?
It’s almost as if it’s about something else, like maybe “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,” is, I dunno, a racket, a scam, a shame-for-cash vehicle.
I say it’s a scourge but, more accurately, it’s a crime. For pick a university, any tax-funded school, and behold The GRIFT… From the top of my head, I searched Ohio State and found the following:
- Ohio State pharmacy: https://pharmacy.osu.edu/diversity-equity-and-inclusion
- Ohio State engineering: https://engineering.osu.edu/diversity
- Ohio State arts and sciences: https://online.osu.edu/program/dei
- OSU Medical Center: https://wexnermedical.osu.edu/about-us/diversity
- OSU College of Medicine: https://medicine.osu.edu/diversity
- Ohio State nursing: https://nursing.osu.edu/offices-and-initiatives/diversity-equity-and-inclusion
- Ohio State general administration : https://www.osu.edu/initiatives/diversity.html
- OSU Office of Planning: https://ap.osu.edu/diversity
- Ohio State Bar: https://www.ohiobar.org/advocacy/inclusion--diversity/
- Ohio State campus resources: https://odi.osu.edu/campus-resources
And I could’ve kept going… and going… and going.
In fact, according to econ professor, Mark Perry, Ohio State has one-hundred and thirty-two “diversicrats,” all working in DEI, who make an average of $77,000, with the estimated payroll exceeding ten million dollars.
ONE SCHOOL.
Now multiple that by thousands. There are over FOUR-thousand accredited universities and the majority of them, like Ohio State, have plunderous, race-baiting DEI wings… THOUSANDS of people hold positions that teach nothing, contribute nothing, and add nothing to life.
To quote Thomas Sowell: We have reached the ultimate stage of absurdity by which some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, while other people are not held responsible for what they, themselves, are doing today… He also said: Too much of what is called “education" is little more than expensive isolation from reality.
On both counts, he nailed it… DEI is pure theft, Marxist poison—no school, no business, no boardroom should teach, feature, or promote it in anyway. To the extent that they do shows their commitment, not to moral principles but bitterness and division—resentment and anger slapped with a phony smile.

Good read, and so true. I have firsthand knowledge with working with people with the DEI outlook. They seem to just be buzz words they throw out there. There has been no discussion of specifics or problems.
