Oh boy, for his selective outrage, I went nuts on my pastor... 😳

Keepin it real.

Let me begin by saying that Pastor Ray Hood is a godly man, a Christian patriot, and a gift to his flock in Portland, Oregon, where Christians are wickedly hated and maligned. As a religious leader, he’s as good as it gets, and though I live in Nashville, I still consider him my pastor and benefit from his instruction.

Still, once in a while, I hear something that, regardless of the source, I feel compelled to admonish… This was the case when Ray, on video, condemned the breach of the Capitol building (“This isn’t who we are”; “an attack on democracy,” etc.), then framed anger as sinful, which isn’t remotely true.

The breachers have the collective intelligence of grout. Their anger was misdirected. On this we agree.

But anger is often useful, frequently appropriate, and even Christ became angry—once so enraged that He flipped tables inside the Temple before fashioning a whip and scattering merchant Jews. On more than one occasion the Son of God snapped, rebuking disciples, especially Peter (“Get behind me, Satan!”) with angry language.

Prince of Peace?

Unequivocally and forever... Anger, well administered, is a tool. Ray is correct, the breach was wrong, badly directed, but he lacks consistency. I went through his sermons, a-way-waaaaaay back, and you know what I didn't hear? Condemnation - SPECIFIC CONDEMNATION - of the terrorist group, Black Lives Matter… Not a word on Antifa, which decimated Portland, Oregon, the city in which HIS CHURCH resides.

That’s what got me—lack of context, sudden “outrage” over yahoos inside the Capitol, as if one incident surpasses MONTHS OF TERROR… OF LOOTING AND VANDALISM… Months wait… wait for it… of ANARCHY which decimated neighborhoods, destroyed businesses, and murdered innocent people.

Yeah, context… Dem-aligned thugs get funding and attaboys (their names literally painted on streets; plazas bearing their names) for committing, scot-free, thousands of crimes… How many BLM terrorists are in jail? Where were the pearl-clutching, suddenly-appalled pastors when for MONTHS the Left destroyed U.S. cities?

Nowhere… Absent. Thus, when Ray weighed-in, I did, too. Not expecting it, not from him, I wrote:

Ray, the election was stolen... A few dozen idiots entered the Capitol and disgraced themselves, true… But anarchy? They’re being brought to justice. REAL anarchy is what happened in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia… In Arizona and Michigan -- FRAUD... Cheating... Theft... UNcorrected... That’s anarchy. The anger of American Patriots is justified... What is coming -- do you know what’s coming now that Dems control Government? Do you grasp what that means? ... Infanticide and abortion, religious PERSECUTION, Chinese world hegemony, open, lawless borders, amnesty for illegal aliens, the destruction of gas and oil, the importation of Islam (and Islamists), the nullification of gun rights, the end of charter schools, the end of Free Speech, the packing of the Supreme Court, the ADDITION of leftist states, the institutionalization of FRAUD, socialized “health” care, the end of private health care, the glorification of transgenderism, fascism, despotism, and WAR... That is what is coming under Democrat Party rule.

You’re upset by the breach? Good, you should be… But BLM-Antifa terrorists rained HELL for six months... They destroyed cities, burned neighborhoods, and murdered civilians... Where was the church??? Did you make a video? You may have, I’d love to see it.

Yes, vandals should go to jail. But Dem D.A.s never press charges - ANY charges - against Democrats who spread terror... ONGOING terror.

So, contextualize… FRAME… Something wicked this way comes and it isn’t coming from idiots inside the Capitol, it’s coming - soon - from sickos who RUN the Capitol, fascist Democrats…

And that’s the truth.
